Abstract:
In elementary schools, after the reform of education, there is still a lack of compre-hensive electronic learning materials appropriate to supplement textbooks which would be prepared according to the State Education Program. These ones available are incomplete and contain only a limited part of the subject matter with different processing quality. Therefore, at the Department of Geography and Geology, Facul-ty of Natural Sciences Matej bel University in cooperation with the Department of Didactics in Science, Psychology and Pedagogy, Faculty of Natural Sciences Come-nius University, we have prepared a project called Geography Interactive E-books for Primary Schools. Its output will be a set of electronic learning materials for tea-chers and pupils covering the whole geography curriculum for elementary schools according to the currently valid State Education Program. The creation of workshe-ets, dissemination tasks and tests will be in synergy with practice, and materials will be continuously validated, complemented and evaluated at selected primary schools.
