Study programs

Bachelor degree study programs

Bachelor study takes three years. Study programmes are covered by the Faculty departments and partially by the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Education, UMB. In the selected programmes a part-time study can be an option, along with the regular full-time study. After fulfilling all the conditions it is possible to continue studying the selected study programmes under the Master study.

Master degree study programs

Master study takes two years (internal form) or three years (external form).

We offer all bachelor's and master's study programs only in the Slovak language.


Application deadline

All study programmes except physical education until
31 March 2024 (full-time and part-time 1st, 2nd, and 3rd cycle studies).
The deadline also applies in the case of electronic applications.

Until 28 February 2024 – for the following bachelor’s degree programme, which includes aptitude tests: Teaching of Physical Education
Second round of applications
1 – 31 May 2024 ‒ for the following bachelor’s degree programme, which includes aptitude tests: Teaching of Physical Education
