APPLICATION IN ELECTRONIC FORM

All compulsory enclosures have to be uploaded BEFORE you save the application. If you do not know how to fill out the electronic application, the instructions below will help you. In the case of submitting an e-application, it is not necessary to send a signed paper version of the application. All relevant attachments can be attached to the e-application.

Attachments to be attached with the application for a PhD’s degree study

  1. The CV of the applicant,
  2. A certified copy of a State Examination Diploma pertaining to the Master’s study or another relevant document confirming completion of master's studies for foreign countries.
  3. A statement of study results (in the case of applicants for a Master's degree study who completed their studies at other universities),
  4. Dissertation project – Framework or motivation letter.
