The main reason for starting COMBLAB Multilateral project is to find new sinergies among the partners to support the initial and continuous training of teachers related to basic competencies in Science and Technology. All the members of the consortium have worked with ICT in science teaching, but having different experiences both in science teaching and in teacher training. In the project, they will work together looking for sinergies to: - Improve in students, in teachers and in teacher trainers the basic competences in science and technology, digital competence, learning to learn, social and civic competences and the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. We will work to increase interest in science. -Support initial and continuous training of teachers and teacher-trainers. The consortium will contribute to create research based teacher training materials, to enhance students science competency using ICT real based experiments. The outputs to be obtained are: - Design of a common COMBLAB research based framework, to create teaching materials for science in ICT real time experiments for secondary school students - Creation and implementation of research based worksheets for students to work ICT real time experiments in Chemistry, Physics and Biology classes, adapted the realities of each country of the consortium - Creation of research based teacher training materials to enhance scientific competencies trough real time experiments on Chemistry, Physics and Biology. - Creation of a community of European teachers and researchers on the topic. This community will be in contact with existing local and international communities in partners countries. - Comunication of the results to and establishment of synergies, with educational government institutions of the countries members of the consortium. - Results on learning outcomes of students and of motivation of students and teachers when using the elaborated COMBLAB teaching materials.
